General Return Policy

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 30 days of the receipt of the original order. To return a product, the item must be in unused condition, items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. (see below)

If you wish to return a product(s) for any reason, please:

The product must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived to you. Your request for this refund must be placed within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. Requests can be made either toll free 1-833-746-8873 or through Email, to speak with a staff member, who will be more than happy to explain your options with you.
The product cannot be returned if it has been installed, removed and then returned. Items can not be returned if used for any function such as but not limited to trade shows, parties, conventions, etc. Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sell able condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
After we have received your product, we will complete a quality inspection. Refunds are issued 3-7 business days after the product has been received by the warehouse in good, resalable condition. This guarantee applies to all our SimTurf family of products.

**This policy does not apply to all custom made, made to order or special-order products, including clearance products, overstock, discontinued items, and underlayment. The inherent characteristics of turf allow for some expansion and contraction, and color shades may slightly vary. Due to this, we cannot accept returns for color and thickness variations, unless the turf is off more than 1 mm in thickness or if colors are substantially different. Please contact us to see if your product/order qualifies for a return.**

We do not accept returns on any custom product such as but not limited to custom sizes of putting greens, hitting mats, etc.

All Clearance items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.

*All returns are continental US only.

Return of Damaged Product(s)

When receiving a delivery from La Custom Turf, LLC, (SimTurf) it is highly recommended that you inspect the package at the time of delivery by removing the product from the packaging and examining the contents for any physical damage.

Depending on the method of shipment, please follow the following guidelines:

For items shipped via LTL freight. In the presence of the driver, we recommend that you inspect the shipment to ensure all items are correct and all pieces accounted for and undamaged before you accept a shipment.  If there is any damage, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must:

Make note of the damages on the delivery receipt
Contact us at 833-746-8873 within 5 days to let us know of your delivery refusal

(NOTE:  When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.)

For items shipped via FedEx, UPS.  If there is any damage, visible or not, contact us at 833-746-8873 to report the damage and to get a return authorization number.
